Astronauts walk very slowly and wobbly on the Moon, but with just a tiny hop, they can jump incredibly high! Why is that? Well, the Moon is much smaller than our Earth, and its 'gravity hands' are quite weak, only about one-sixth of Earth's gravity. The exact same person would weigh much less and feel light as a feather on the Moon. Even though astronauts wear super heavy spacesuits, they can still effortlessly jump several meters high.
